Courie Courie is an artisan bakery about 15 miles from Glen Dye, on the edge of the Scottish Highlands, dedicated to the world of natural sourdough. Their bread is wholesome and delicious.
Please place bakery orders at least one week prior to your visit so we can have your bread/pastries available upon arrival.
We will freeze your bakery items upon delivery from Courie Courie, and defrost them on the morning of your stay.
